Our in-office billing helps to simplify the process of working with the insurance provider. The goal is to leverage the insurance payouts to minimize your out-of-pocket expenses.
Even with insurance coverage, there are often co-pays and other out-of-pocket costs that need to be paid by the patient. For out-of-pocket payments, we accept cash, Zelle, and all credit cards (except for American Express).
If you need to finance your treatments, contact us about a third-party lender such as CareCredit. This option provides immediate payment for the services, with convenient terms to pay down the balance. This financial solution lets you access the funds immediately without up-front costs, annual fees, interest costs, or pre-payment penalties. Contact us for more information.
